  Negative stars. I usually love this place. But this is crazy. My pups had an appointment scheduled for today. I take them in the heat and to the vet which is stressful in itself. My pups are senior dogs. They weren't there. No vet,no office staff,no phone call,nothing. Very unprofessional

  First of all in foremost whenever I frequent this PetSmart I’ve never been in a store in Pennsylvania & met such professional, polite & caring individual such as the young lady by the name of Ava whom works at the register located in the front of Pet Smart. She is truly a wonderful asset to PetSmart. Ava delivers an unbelievable Impression for PetSmart & its service! In today’s world she is perhaps one of the most pleasant & welcoming young individuals at the front of a business of which I’ve had the pleasure of seeing. PetSmart should feel honored to have such a fine young lady working for them. More businesses need such people as Ava. She is a delight each & every time of which I go into PetSmart. If this young lady were to ever have a bad day I can certainly assure you that you no one would EVER know by the welcoming smile of which Ava gives while you enter the store. I’ve never left PetSmartPetSmart without my heart smiling due to this young lady & her absolute wonderful personality. She is a magnificent example for the young people working in this world. Many should learn from her and be just as pleasant. She is a great asset to any business with her professionalism & lovely personality. Thank you Ava for making my visit at PetSmart always pleasant.

  This location is severely understaffed on a Saturday afternoon with multiple clients. They had one tech one vet. When I got to the office for the appointment, I was told that I would have to leave my dog, which I was very much against when I told them on the phone that she is a rescue that has many issues and anxiety. I was told to check in that’s the only way they do appointments that I have to drop her off and come back and pick her up. That was the first problem we decided to leave her. I was told to come back at 4 o’clock to pick her up. I was there at 5 to 4 did not get my dog Until after 5 PM, I never got any test results. They told me that she has the starting of colitis, which is not the case at all they were supposed to do an ear swab. Bloodwork never got any answers after several calls saved your money don’t buy their plan $60 a month can be used for pet insurance and then you can go to a private vet. I learned the hard way.

  If I could give Robert the team shift lead at Montgomeryville Banfield 10 stars I would! He was amazing and very helpful. When I went to check out, he asked me How my Cat was feeling. I told him that bandit will be ok but I was stressed because of the cost of the medication ($549) and the size of the pills. He immediately went into search mode and found an alternative dosage that could be administered through drops. Saving me significant money and stress. He also offered up one of banfield‘s wellness plans which helped with the cost of the office visit. The vet tech was also incredibly kind and gentle with bandit. Dr. Das spent a good deal of time checking him out and was very thorough and patient. This was an amazing experience on a busy Saturday afternoon.
