- EKEssie KemmererJun 24, 20265.0Great customer service and also very understanding helpful and workers all who have helped me with the services u need Ed but had many issues arise with each oof my pets microchips and gift cards from 24hr pet watch all employees went above and beyond and were over all very understanding helpful kind and very patient even when a line grew do to my struggles woth purchases using 24 hr pet watches e gift cards but all employees were still very helpful very understanding and extremely patient and showed great customer service and just overall above and beyond customer service the employees at pet co muncy pa are very good at their jobs at pet co amd handled each situations regarding 24 hr pet watchable the issue s that arose regarding the e gift cards from 24hr pet watch and i would like to also if i may give at least 1 employee shout out t i specifically a employee by first name Chloe not sure of her last name nor her exact spelling but she was 1 of the main employee s and whom I got to know her name i can't recall any other the other employee s who went above an beyond and were overall great at their jobs and handled the stuggle s i was experiencing with great amounts of patience and kindness and a great deal of understanding too
