  Terrible. Bought a 50 CT crickets... there were FIVE in the container. Not 40, not 30, not 20, FIVE!!! 1/10TH of what was paid for. Insane

  Bought the vaccine package for my new puppy for $279. Include with the package was a dewormer, which is listed on petcos website as commonly causing diarrhea. When we arrived for our second round of vaccines we were told he could not receive another round of vaccines as he had experienced diarrhea after receiving the first vaccines and dewormer, even though that is, per their website, normal and not concerning after a dewormer. (I understand if this is a policy, still kinda frustrating.) As I purchased a package that they were now not going to fulfill I was told to call customer service for a refund. They issued a partial refund, but charged me $100 for the first three vaccines the dog had received. One of those vaccines was a series that I now have to repeat as too much time elapsed in between petcos first dose and my puppy’s next vet appointment. For $100 I could have taken him to an actual vet, and saved him being poked an extra time. I am very disappointed to have been charged for care that provided ZERO value to my dogs health, wasted my time, and could have been received for a much lower price elsewhere. If you are considering the vaccine clinic, I would strongly recommend not buying the package, just in case you would have a similar experience.

  The Vetco staff on 8/21/26 restored my faith in the Petco brand. The staff listened first and then educated. They made price savvy suggestions based on our life style and needs.
