  Almost an hour drive from Mechanicsburg but well worth it. Beautiful facility. Super friendly employees

  They turned me & my outdoor young feline away with a (Sorry) like it does anything for me or especially it witch I only wanted to have it looked at for the comfort of knowing since it was acting odd since they have the skills & technology / possible medicine to assist it & that's why their in business to possibly assist animals back to health but cause I wasn't a Client of theirs or had an appointment with them witch if someone was before me I understand & accept that & would have waited patiently to be seen at a given reasonable time by a educated veterinarian , but yet they will have the audacity to say we care about animals when that's clearly not true cause they would have assisted how they can if i were to do as is & had to wait days until said appointment the possible chance of survival for that animal might not have made it to that day but that's on an assumption.. so for you to be in business for the idea of assisting animals back to health is ridiculous especially being that you turn animals who may need assistance away who show up on a whim 😉 .. do better ..so if your not a client or have an appointment & need possible unexpected assistance for the comfort in mind don't go to them even though they may have well educated individuals save your time & having to hear their no good of a word sorry

  I unwillingly became a customer during the COVID pandemic. The original veterinarian was honest and to the point. I appreciated her. From my experiences afterword and in my opinion, they grew way too fast and lost their touch. The lack of professionalism...the last visit, they muzzled my dog (GSD) with 3 employees not including the (new) vet when he didn't need it and he has never had it done in any of his prior vet visits at any clinics. He just turned 7 this year. They 'accidentally' gave him an extra rabies shot without providing documentation (he wasn't due for a shot yet, he needed flea/tick meds, the whole reason we were there). The only reason we utilized this podunk spot is because our cat was the original pet patient from this place when no other places were accepting patients. They will not approve medications if you order outside of the company and they will only respond if you reach out to them first. I will NEVER be a customer again and I highly suggest you consider other places to take care of your loved ones. Take the drive to a better place for your pet
