The front desk person said the entire store didn’t have a single bathroom. I had to wait for hours for service. Would not use again. And I was only given a wipe for my dog’s allergies.

- RPRoxanne PaulMar 12, 20261.0I don’t think I’ve ever gone to this vet in the past five years and seen the same doctor twice. They’re constantly changing and having to meet new people every time is very frustrating and impersonal. When they did my puppy’s spaying, they sewed her up unevenly as well and her little belly and the recovery was difficult because of it. The scar is terrible. Of course there was no recourse because I don’t know any of the doctors or if that vet is even there anymore. The only person that doesn’t change is their rude receptionist, Teri, who has, EVERY SINGLE TIME I made an appointment, called me and asked me to fill out new patient paperwork like I haven’t been going there for 5 years. She speaks to everyone like they’re a three-year-old. I don’t appreciate infantilisation as a 37 year old woman. Then, when there’s any issue, she’ll hang up on you. Her customer service skills are appalling. In addition to that they’re very expensive. The costs were slightly better with Petco Vital Care but now they’ve restructured their rewards program and it is just not worth it. Don’t take your dog here if you care about them. Find a reliable vet that you can know and develop a professional relationship with. It will be better for you and your companion in the long run.

She has a rash spot on the side of her body. She has two bumps on top of her eyes which seem like skin rash. That I found later that same day. Suspect she has a yeast infection. Felt like we got brushed off. With no solution. I’m just concerned and upset. Just want her to get the attention and care she needs so she feels better.
