Today, I was notified that his second appointment for tomorrow needs to be rescheduled after adjusting my schedule and meetings. We leave for a trip on Wednesday, so rescheduled or not, it doesn't help or make the grooming department reliable. Yes, the staff have personal lives and emergencies, but it doesn't just affect them. Extremely disappointed and inconvenienced.
