  I found everything I needed for my pet during my visit, but the overall experience was just okay. The store was a little cluttered in some aisles, making it harder to navigate while trying to pick out toys and food. The staff were friendly enough, but it was difficult to find someone to help me when I had a quick question about a specific brand of treats. It is a convenient place to get supplies if you are in the area, but it did not leave much of an impression on me.

  Because I am a vital care member they use to give me $15 every first of the month but not only did I receive my reward but they went up on my membership now I don't even want the membership

  FINAL UPDATE (6/26/26): I'm very happy to report that Petco has 100% made good on what started as a bad experience (2 weeks ago). Just picked up my Samoyed from her groom and she looks amazing!! Hands down the best my dog has looked yet! Kudos to Mike the manager and Taylor the groomer for turning this situation around, working w/ my concerns, and giving my dog the spa treatment she deserved. Well earned 5 stars!!! UPDATE (6/15/26): Spoke w/ the manager Mike who was courteous, professional, and helpful. We had a really good conversation, and he spoke w/ the groomer. We're gonna try again to address my dog's grooming needs (Samoyed) and move forward. Plus he offered to comp the whole thing. Kudos Petco on working to resolve this 👍🏼 and so I'm changing my review to 3 ⭐⭐⭐- I'll update again after the groom (and hopefully be going to 5🤞) 6/13/26 - Just had a bad experience at Petco in Media- which is crazy because we've been going there since it opened, joined their VitaCare vet program, and have had nothing but great experiences. Unfortunately today was a bomb! Had an appointment today to get my Samoyed a wash & cut, which she has had there several times before- all great experiences- staff has always been friendly & accommodating w/ my dog's needs, and they do a fantastic job. They called me to ask if I could come an hour earlier because the girl who was scheduled to groom my dog had never had her before and wanted extra time if needed- which I said sure to. I got there (early) I said hi and introduced my dog by name- and it went downhill from there. (I decided to delete my original complaint/issue as Petco has totally addressed it- no need to throw mud in their eye) Gonna call Petco to try to work this out because I generally like going there and using their products & services. I would've put zero stars- but if they can make this right, I'll be changing my review from zero to hero- no problem. We'll see...

  This Petco is definitely one of their better locations. It’s always clean and the staff is always friendly. I come in often to get my cats food and never have an issue.
