Friendly staff, always timely, easy to book & good grooming experience for my dog. Alyssa was specifically wonderful! She went above and beyond helping my dog’s grooming anxiety and answering questions I had about home routine! :) I hope she is recognized for her great work and for being a such a kind human!

I went in late and they assisted me without myself feeling like they were hurrying me. It really is a true test to go into a business just shy of closing to see how they represent themselves, and these people were amazing. I'll indubitably be back to work on my new exciting project of s nano salt water set-up!! Thanks again!! Part 2 : This is an edit and add on. After a few visits I started a small salt water tank. I went in seeking some guidance and purchased quite a few things from them, and fyi saltwater stuff is not cheap. Ihad qurstions about a certain live product and received the harshest sarcastic response ever from the gentleman who seemingly was having a bad day. The attitude and rudeness that followed was so bad that I stopped my shopping at that point and came back after 5pm when he stated he had to leave by. So I guess at this point I have witnessed the two extremes as a shopper. Part 3: My most recent visit went well. I dont know if my last addition to my review went noticed or not, but either way the behaviors changed. The same person who treated me like dog crap was 180⁰ different this time, as they were helpful, polite, and created a totally different experience than before.
