  I love the providers, but I had a terrible experience with the “manager” Belinda. She’s Very degrading and unprofessional. She has No privacy concerns and will let everyone know your business. I have been going here for years (10 maybe) and I have never felt as low & worthless as she made me feel today after dealing with a very sick cat. I will unfortunately be going elsewhere from here on out. In response to Kiski Valley- I did some investigating and Belinda Minton, Dr Mintons wife, stated “this can not continue to be a habit” Rudley and not privately along with other statements. There were other customers in the room, ones that I specifically knew that did not need to know my personal business. Then she scolded me how she was the manager and only her and Dr. Minton can make decisions about payment, not Savannah who I thought was a manager (my bad). My bill was almost $500 today which I called beforehand and discussed if I could make 1/2 payment today and 1/2 next week which I was told someone would call me if it was an issue. Yes, last time I took my other sick cat, I made these same arrangements and paid 1/2 & 1/2 later which were made with Savannah and Dr. Minton, not Belinda. No one ever discussed care credit until today which I did not know about as I never again in 10 years needed. I’ve ALWAYS paid & hopefully Belinda who I know Is responding to this, doesn’t ever have someone treat her the way she treated me. I again, have been a loyal customer for 10 years and if KVAC really valued they’re clients, they would make this right.

  For over 20 years they've provided exceptional care of my animals. The staff is compassionate and go over and above to be the best. I would highly recommend Kiski Valley Animal Clinic.

  All four of my family's cats are seen at this veterinary clinic! From the receptionist who stops to take a deep breath with me, to the nurse techs who go from giving animals fluids to laying on the floor loving on someone's dog, to giving private consultation and check out with such ease, the staff at KVAC are the example of professionalism, compassion, and efficiency. Dr. Minton took the time to call me 2 times and talk me through a medical emergency with my cat. That speaks volumes of his passion and dedication to the animals he cares for and their humans. I will never not speak praises of and be grateful for the individuals and this facility.

  My dog is very tiny and I had some concerns about immunizations he was given extra special care and did very well.
