The staff from the front desk, vet assistants and the veterinarian were beyond superb. The caring and compassion shown to us as well as our dog was amazing. We can’t begin to thank or repay them for their support. We have been customers for a long time and have never had a bad experience whether just routine appointments or emergency’s.

The vet techs took the time to connect with me and showed genuine care for me and my kitty which was so amazing. But, Jessica almost broke me. She loved my baby so much and was so enthralled with my cat it almost made me cry. She didn't treat her like a pet, she was embracing her fully and I think at that point she could have said she needs to wear a dolphin outfit anytime she eats except on Tuesdays unless it's a labor day and I would have believed her fully. Feels so good to know my baby can get help of needed! I believe the location is new because it was also very luxurious and made me nervous of the costs when I saw it. But the price was extremely fair and lower than my expectations! Cat tax attached, she was okay! She was just doing kitty things in a new place and entered sneaky combat mode.
