- MHMickey HochMay 11, 20265.0Cammie came home on Monday to rest from her vacation stay. We boarded her from May 7 and picked her up May 11th in the AM. I could tell by the pictures posted that she played with friends and had a good ole time not missing us. The best part was, when she came home, Cammie made me a lovely Mother’s Day card. Thank you Town and country for helping Cammie to make card!

They should have a break in the price if the cat is being boarded over a week or if the cat is boarded alot during the year. A dog needs so much more care, so I see that being justified.

What vaccinations does my dog need to stay at Town & Country?
We’re very proud of our outstanding health and safety record here at our resort, and this is due in part to our vaccination requirements. We currently require proof of vaccination for rabies, DHLPP (distemper), Bordetella, and canine influenza.
Who is looking after my dog?
At Town & Country Pet Care Center, all team members are compassionate, highly-trained pet lovers who are also often pet parents themselves. Plus, you can enjoy extra peace of mind knowing our owners live right on the premises. Your pet’s wellbeing and happiness is the most important thing— every pet receives a thorough wellness check every day as well as plenty of attention and TLC.
Can my multiple dogs stay together?
Yes! We have spacious accommodations perfect for multi-dog families.
What are your drop off and pick up hours?
Please feel free to drop off and pick up your pet any time during our operating hours.
Monday-Saturday 8am-5pm
Sunday 11am-3pm
Should I bring my pet’s bedding and toys?
We have more than enough soft, clean bedding and fun toys to go around, so there’s no need to bring any from home.
What about their food?
We highly recommend bringing your pet’s usual food to keep them on the diet they’re accustomed to. However, we do have a high-quality pet food available for no charge if you forget to bring yours.
Can you administer medications?
Yes, we’re able to provide most medications including insulin. Please bring all medications in their original containers with clear, written instructions.
Can you accommodate special needs pets?
We’re equipped to provide excellent care to pets with many kinds of special needs including diabetes, hearing/vision impairment, mobility issues, and many others. When you call to make your reservation, we’ll discuss how we can accommodate your pet.

Of course. Our cat condos can be adjoined to give your feline family extra space to lounge and relax.

We highly recommend bringing your cat’s usual food to keep them on the same diet they’re used to. However, if you forget yours we do have a high-quality food available for no charge.

Yes, we offer activities from playtime to cuddle sessions and special treats to keep your cat entertained and extra happy during their stay.
