  BUYER BEWARE! 1) if you choose to use this place to board your furry babies be advised after you drop off your pet for his/her allotted time slots & you try to pick up EARLY, you are on the hook for the FULL RIDE! No discounts, no money back or a credit for future stays…YOUR FURRY BABY IS BASICALLY HELD HOSTAGE! None of this told to you prior to drop off or before hand. Please check with the BBB for additional information about this practice. 2) when you call to get pricing they will not be able to give you any as they use a package plan. So plan accordingly ahead of time. 3) my dog loves this place along with their staff but after every stay he comes home with Kennel Cough! Then I have to spend additional money at his vet for a visit & treatments. I thought they check all pets veterinary paperwork, obviously NOT! 4) please read my complaint very carefully before you make a decision & use your own discretion. Thank you!

  I have a 7-month-old Golden Retriever named Pablo, and I had a trip to Italy planned for a friend’s wedding. To be honest, I was extremely hesitant to leave him. He’s a big part of our family, and the thought of being thousands of miles away was stressful. From the very first conversation, Ang and her team at Town & Country completely put my mind at ease. Ang was absolutely incredible. She went above and beyond every single day, sending pictures, report cards, and detailed updates that made us feel connected to Pablo the entire time. It truly felt like we never left him. The level of communication, care, and professionalism was second to none. What impressed us even more was the training. We enrolled Pablo in training lessons during his stay, and the results were honestly remarkable. In just a few days, they were able to correct behaviors we had been struggling with for months. Pablo had a habit of jumping on people whenever he got excited, and when we picked him up, the difference was immediate and noticeable. It was clear that Ang and her team had spent real time working with him and reinforcing good habits. Most importantly, Pablo was happy, comfortable, and genuinely excited to be there. That says everything you need to know about how the dogs are treated. Ang and her team don’t just watch your dog—they care for them as if they’re their own. I cannot recommend Town & Country highly enough. If you’re nervous about leaving your dog, trust me, this is the place. Ang and her team exceeded every expectation we had, and Pablo will absolutely be back. Thank you all for taking such amazing care of our boy.

  We've brought our dog xerces here for boarding about 10 times and they do a great job! We originally landed here because they can manage aggressive dogs in a no-touch kennel setup. Our dog is reactive and we needed the extra perk that most places won't tolerate. Thanks for the consistently friendly staff, great pricing, and easy in and out each time.

  someone please please please explain to me how you genuinely don’t call a customer and ask if you heard them right or is this exactly what you want me to do? brought my goldens in for a simple grooming. they asked my wife are we doing the same thing as usual. a trim and a clean up for both dogs. THEY SHAVED MY GOLDEN. how do you do that? how do you mix up trim and shave? is it that hard to comprehend? NEVER bring your pets here. they don’t listen, they don’t ask, and don’t offer a solution to the issue. we were about to send our dogs here for daycare too. i’ve never had such a bad experience with a groomer and holy hell everyone should run from this place if no one knows what they’re doing.

  My rescue dog has only been going a few weeks but it’s been a game changer for him and for me. He loves it and comes home absolutely exhausted. He’s so excited to go each time and I think would rather be there than at my house! I’m very grateful for the caring, playful, knowledgeable and friendly staff. It’s the best money I spend. I cannot say enough great things about this place.
