While our experience started off a bit rocky due to an interaction at check-in that left me feeling uncomfortable, I’m so grateful that Santiago completely turned things around. From the moment he took over, he was kind, professional, and incredibly understanding. He treated both me and my dog with respect and compassion, which made a world of difference. Most importantly, he did an amazing job on her groom. She looks beautiful, feels so much more comfortable, and it’s clear he genuinely cares about the pets he works with. One difficult interaction can really impact an experience, but Santiago’s professionalism and kindness transformed what could have been a negative day into a very positive one. Thank you, Santiago, for your excellent work and for making us feel cared for. We will absolutely be requesting you for future appointments! Highly recommend booking with him. 🐾💕

Yesterday, I came in to make a purchase, but they refused because they couldn’t break a $100 bill, so I left without buying anything. Today, I came back and was told to wait minutes for assistance, but no one ever showed up. This is the second bad experience I’ve had with the same employee. I was there around 3:00 PM, and it seemed like the staff was more interested in leaving than helping customers. Poor customer service and a complete lack of concern for customers. After these experiences, I will not be returning to this location and cannot recommend it to others.
