  That store on Lincoln Highway is always a mess...boxes in the aisles and not a great selection of puppy care items...specifically shampoo. Honestly if someone else sold my puppy food I would NOT go there.

  If you cared about the pets so much then why does this happen so much? You don’t care about there heath you care about the amount of money your making this has happened more than enough to be a priority to care about animals heath. if they were your top priority then this wouldn’t happen so much so stop acting like you care because animals are dying of lack of care and of depression! It’s not even just the fish it’s parrots,hamsters and way to many more so stop acting like you care and just stop selling animals.It would be better if you just sold supplies! And you always say “send the address and we will look into it” but you NEVER look into it this animals have a life to and you just sell them for money and you don’t care if they die as long as you sold enough hamsters for your bank account that’s okay for you. That’s all you think about is you money I’m sick of you acting like you care…Like your going to do “anything” I’m done with you guys

  I recently brought my dog to Petco for a much-needed groom. While our experience started off a bit rocky due to an interaction at check-in that left me feeling uncomfortable, I’m so grateful that Santiago completely turned things around. From the moment he took over, he was kind, professional, and incredibly understanding. He treated both me and my dog with respect and compassion, which made a world of difference. Most importantly, he did an amazing job on her groom. She looks beautiful, feels so much more comfortable, and it’s clear he genuinely cares about the pets he works with. One difficult interaction can really impact an experience, but Santiago’s professionalism and kindness transformed what could have been a negative day into a very positive one. Thank you, Santiago, for your excellent work and for making us feel cared for. We will absolutely be requesting you for future appointments! Highly recommend booking with him. 🐾💕
