- LLLance LetteerJul 27, 20262.0My wife and I brought our beloved Pet Jet for his first visit, what I was hoping this would be his new veterinarian service the front desk staff was courteous and professional. We did not wait long for the nurse in the veterinarian to see us. The nurse was also very courteous, very professional, and informative. The veterinarian on the other hand was extremely short with us and reminded us multiple times that the additional information and concern for our pet was not Why we were there and we should focus on the main issue at hand. At one point my wife was talking to the veterinarian about other things concerning our pet and the veterinarian compared our visit to going to an auto mechanic and trying to tell the auto mechanic other issues with our vehicle when we were there for something else. I don’t consider my pet a car and comparing such was inconsiderate. I understand that Veterinarian is a highly educated professional and at the same time in the spirit of efficiency, she would want to move things along from what I could see. We were the only people there with our pet. It seemed the veterinarian had trouble examining a highly excited and energetics little Yorky and was visibly frustrated. I would think your training would include how to handle situations like this and how to conduct your bedside manor. my son recently had an emergency with his Animal and my wife was with him and said the whole experience was excellent. I wish I can say the same from my experience today.

They have a dedicated room so you have privacy and time to be with your pet , they do not rush you. They allow you to make the decision when it is time. Many thanks goes out to them, for helping us get through this heartbreaking time.
