  Don't forget on Thursdays...its fish delivery day..no sales on fish... Waited a long time to even find someone to help ...and when he finally came o er he had an attitude and smashed up half my fish..which died the next day...it was a 30 minute trip for me and even though they have a return it was not worth the gas to return so 177 dollars of dead fish Wish I could say it was a once time thing but it wasn't 😕

  Went in closer to closing looking fish. Most lights were off with bags of new fish floating, quite a few were dead in the bags, fish that had clearly been there a while were in rough shape, a poor clown fish that was in with the trigger fish was all tore up. The other fish seem skinny and lethargic. This was definitely a disappointing stop. Bathrooms were also very dirty and the floor in the men’s room was gross.

  Love it, well stocked. The store is clean and they have what we need the majority of the time we stop in.

  Absolutely dismal experience as usual. We waited 23 minutes for some phantom fish person to come and get fish, while others came , waited, shook heads and left. We waited still while the two employees we could physically see stood by the register and chatted and checked out their phones repeatedly - all after telling us to wait and someone would be with us shortly. In the 23 minutes we waited - two people checked out- and still we could not get fish. We can get them in Monroeville- the quality and the customer service is superior. Please close my perk acct - and the one you charge me monthly for- it is definitely not worth it.
