  The staff were all super friendly and helpful and even helped load a large tank into my truck in the rain. Helped me get set up with the rewards program which in turn saved me money as well. Great experience

  Not all the staff know what they should for being a pet store. Also make sure you check their prices online as they are usually cheaper and they will match the price. Saved 15 bucks this past visit just by checking online price for their own store.

  I cannot recommend the dog grooming here enough! Kelcey and Cheyenne did an AMAZING job with our two pups who were nervous to go to the groomer. They were gentle and handled them both with such care and professionalism. There was also a scheduling error on my part that they were flexible with!

  We came a few weeks ago with Kelcey and Cheyenne for 2 pet groomings. We made a mistake with the appointment and were really stressed out due to a recent death in the family and were I'm sure visibly distraught. Cheyenne and Kelcey were both empathetic, took charge and really took care of a situation that they could have brushed aside. They really took care of us and made a really terrible week much better. It was a bright spot in a week for us full of stress and panic and I can't thank them both enough for their hospitality, patience and kindness. Thank you both!

  Wonderful experiences all around! The manager, Mel is incredibly helpful and she really knows her stuff. Can’t say enough good about this location. A lot of the people who have worked there for years lovingly call me “The Gerbil Lady”. They are all very sweet people. The only thing I’d change is the removal of the wheels from the gerbil habitats but I understand that’s a corporate decision.
