  One star for picking up the phone …. Denied help to old sick cat … even cat has been treated in this facility before ….

  I have been taking my cats to WOA for years. The doctors and vet techs are caring as well as knowledgeable. They take the time to answer questions and explain their findings. Other pluses include their senior discount, convenient hours and snacks (for humans as well as pets.) Just an FYI, hold times when calling the office can vary and be as much as 10 minutes on occasion. However, that is unusual and probably depends on when you call (mornings tend to be quite busy.)

  Been going there for 34 years. Always have been satisfied with the care my dogs and cats have received. Been seeing Dr Borland for the past 2 years. Excellent, caring doctor with compassion and patience. Got my diabetic dog regulated and stays on top of things. I highly recommend her.

  We were greeted by Amani who made our dog, Roxy and us feel very comfortable right away as he took her history. Dr Radbill was absolutely wonderful and kind making our first visit here one that confirmed we made the right decision to come to World of Animals. He was thorough and reviewed all aspects of Roxy's health, everyday activities and treatment, answering all questions we posed. Steph was also very good assisting Dr Radbill through the exam process. Char at the front desk was very helpful and grateful which impressed me as many today in service industries seem to skip that. We have had further follow up interactions and emails with the office and all have been positive and kind. So grateful to have our pet being cared for by this wonderful team!
