    Good price for simple vaccinations but not worth the attitude and handling of the vet and tech. My cats had accidents in their carriers but all they had for me to clean them up with was hand sanitizer and paper towels, not even a working sink. The vet mumbled, didn't make eye contact or even lift his head to speak to us- his demeanor was very annoyed and off putting. One of my cats was very stressed out, the vet tech had gloves but didn't know how to handle a stressed cat so I had to give her a tube treat and hold her. The vet scruffed all of my cats which I found completely unnecessary and stressing them out even more. I was able to get the difficult cat into her carrier no problem but he scruffed and roughly handled my boy cat back into the carrier. These people do not care for your animals or know how to handle cats ! Beware!

    Good morning, This was my second time using your company. The first time I felt rushed and as if my questions weren’t important. My son had actually brought my dog in for service this time and called me with those same thoughts. Honestly- I am not sure, if I’ll be using your services next year. I believe that whatever company that provides a service to the public should come across a little more friendlier especially when you’re spending your money for the service.

    Pleasant kind employees. Always running on time and are so good with the animals. So much more efficient to get vaccines here rather than out vet. In and out within 15 minutes.
