We've had 2 appointments at this location, the first went well enough our kitten was still quite young and easy to handle. Our second appointment the tech did NOT know how to properly hold an animal, this made everyone involved stressed and caused our kitten to have 3 unsuccessful blood draws plus a blown out vein in her leg. We are changing locations so we can finish her vaccinations that we've paid for per the vets recommendation, but after that will be sticking with our vet for all vaccinations and blood work.
