  Thank you Kimber for helping me find the best food for my fur baby!I placed a pick up order, and she went out of her way to talk with me, and help me choose a dog food that could help alleviate my dog’s itchiness. She was knowledgable and explained what is a good versus filler ingredient. She went even further to help me find a waterless cat shampoo option, that would keep both my cat and I, comfortable and safe. I have felt like overall people everywhere have been kinda jaded and defeated lately.However, Kimber’s kindness and helpful nature really helped me see that there are still kind people out there. Thanks again!

  They’re so rude so unprofessional they don’t even wanna attend you properly. You wanna ask questions and they wanna leave you terrible customer service nobody was worried about you.

  Don't come here if you plan on buying fish. I was lectured by a young women for wanting to buy fish without having my tank cycled for the amount of time she deemed appropriate. According to her, it would have been "inhumane" to buy fish at this time. She said this while standing right next to about 50 tanks of fish that were clearly overcrowded and not the best conditions (many dead fish as well). Not to mention the tiny cup of water that they put the beta fish in, of which many were dead btw. I just thought it was pretty rich and hypocritical for them to deny selling me fish based on my tank despite working for Petco and standing next to dead fish everywhere because of the poor conditions. I went to PetSmart the same day and they sold me fish without question, even telling me to keep the recipit for a refund because they may perish! All this to say, if you are going here to buy fish and see a women with piercings everywhere who appears ready to lecture you on why you are a terrible person for wanting to buy fish for your tank, go elsewhere. Weeks later all of the fish from PetSmart that I bought THE SAME DAY are thriving (picture below), despite the existential warnings I received from this ignorant employee. Take your business elsewhere folks! Thank you for your attention to this matter!

  Both stores are out of many bird items and no answers when they will get them again. I mentioned to one associate and she just said "I'm sorry" with no explanation of when they will be back in stock. Good rewards program, however.
