I asked her if the turtles bite she says "well they have mouths" then I ask for her name and she hangs up in my face. I had to call back to get her name. It's not my fault you hate your job and/or hate customer service, however answering questions is apart of your job. And if someone is asking something it's obviously because they are unsure, there's no need to patronize them. Be kind, it's not hard.

- RRRHMay 22, 20261.0Just used the bathroom here while shopping, looks like it has not been cleaned for 100 years, the ENTIRE bathroom is covered in FILTH!! Floors, walls, sink, toilet, I think I’m going to get some kind of disease for attempting to open the little ladies trash by the toilet. If it wasn’t an urgent situation, I would never have even used it. And their prices are 2-3 times what u pay on chewy. Never going back here. Also the store is always clutters aisles and messy. Not worth it.
