  I recently went to this location to buy a filter for my goldfish and asked the two associates for help. Instead of educating me on what my fish needed or helping me, they told me the current tank I had was going to kill my fish and that I needed to just give them up or put them in a pond. The only solution they provided was to get a 30 gallon tank (which the store didn’t even have in stock) or to spend about $300 on a major set up. I also told them I was moving soon and just needed something temporary for the next two weeks but they continued to tell me that I was just going to kill my fish and made me feel like a terrible person. I left the store crying because of how upset I was and because of how terrible they made me feel. I’ve never been made to feel like such a terrible person in my life when I was just asking for help.

  Inhumane and insane push to sell pac-man frogs in unsafe and cramped conditions. Used to shop here weekly, will no longer be doing so as there's a PetSmart down the road. This store is also routinely understaffed and presumably underpaid if they can't find someone to work here who isn't a naive teenager who loves animals. The actual store workers themselves are great and genuinely caring, but the corporation and management here are abysmal and take advantage of them and push disgusting practices on consumers who are going to kill these living animals by mistake due to the insane way they've tried to sell these. Even if this specific issue is corrected, it has permanently damaged my perspective of this chain and I will be shopping elsewhere when I have the option to do so.

  Came here a few times before, first time here with my dog. Staff was very welcoming towards my dog however didn't ask us if they were allowed to pet her or anything. Asked if we needed help in a rude voice as well. Came in looking for a cat litter box and some litter. We always go to the one by our house, but this was on our way back. Went to the bathroom only to find poop stains on the toilet and blood on the floor, as well as toilet trees everywhere. Very disgusting, and both workers were female, so they would've used the same bathroom. Will be attaching photos here.

  just opened my bag of dog food i got from this store and this is what i see. i cant even bring it in because bugs are jumping out the bag and i dont want that in my car
