  Lady was not helpful at all. We needed to buy minos and she wouldn’t let us. She said our tank (1.5 gallons) was too small even though we’ve bought minnows from this location before. She then said to buy the beta fish even though the sign said they need 5 gallons of water. She said that it doesn’t matter and they would be ok even though it went against what the sign says. She then said our fish were suffering and not living to their full potential even though they had lived longer and gotten bigger than average minos. Not impressed and will not be returning.

  Girl working at register was very nice and helpful. I had a discount that wasnt working and she called the manager. The manager took care of the issue immediately. I was greatful

  Stopped at store specifically to pick-up some cat grass for my cats. They were out of the cat grass but had a few containers of catnip. All were very dry. This is not unusual. It would certainly help the plants last longer if they were kept watered while in the store!

  The groomer traumatized my 14 year old dog she was shaking and crying as she was grooming her never have I ever in the 4 years I have been taking her there has she been put through this i will no longer be taking her there

  My 4yr old son and I can here June 28th to get him a betta fish for his birthday and was denied the purchase of one because “she did not feel comfortable selling us one”. The worse experience I’ve ever had at a pet store. Left the store was a sad child and no pet was the worse feeling in the world. Shame on that “manager” who turned us away. Little did she know, I told another customer what happen, they went inside bought the betta and gave it to me! I’m happy to say he has been with us and well taken care of for almost 2 weeks now. I didn’t catch her name but she needs to be fired for racial discrimination!!!! This is not the way you treat customers and their families!!!! Will not be coming back here again!!!! Petsmart would NEVER!!!!
