At first I loved it. I had purchased a premium package for covered vaccines and appointments for a year. I was told that I could bring my puppy for covered appointments with this package that I paid $230 for. I then had some difficult times happen and was dealing with them for two months so I was unable to get my dog to her appointment which I cancelled in plenty time and rescheduled. I was never explained that I would lose my benefits and they would just steal my money. Ridiculous

They did a great job and were professional and kind, but there was some confusion about what was included in the "packages" i got for my dogs. They definitely charge for convenience as well. I schedule with them because I recently moved and my regular vet is over an hour away... after this experience m, however, I think I'll take the long drive. :/
