  Rude and awful customer service, no one seems to be informed on anything going on at this location let alone seem to care about animals very much. The two women who seemed very eager to be clocked out 40 minutes before closing gave so much attitude and honestly left such a poor taste in my mouth for having to stop here instead of Petco.

  The store was very clean , sakes associates were very nice and knowledgeable. I just wished there were a bigger variety of birds

  Bought snails for freshwater tank. When we put them in the tank, we noticed one shell was empty. My husband called the store and was told to come back in and they would replace it. Overnight a snail died. So I went to the store and I told the girl in the fish center that one was dead. Any other was just a shell. She replaced them and told me to go up to the register to do an even exchange. Bella waited on me. I told Bella the same thing once now was just a shell and the other one was dead. Bella proceeds to charge me for a snail. When I asked her why she told me that she is the one who spoke to my husband and he only reported that we just got a snail shell. I told Bella, well here I am and I reported that I have just a shell and the other one died overnight. The store has a 30 day return policy Bella. Bella still clung to her attitude, and believe me, she was calling me a liar, like I was trying to get a three dollar snail for free. So here’s my review for Bella. She was rude and ignorant and certainly needs a lesson on how to treat a customer.

  Amazing, wonderful place, honest, true , great with people, friendly atmosphere, knowes all about animals and reptiles. Doesn't steal things off of people like some other pet places peoples items and this place is wonderful and great groomers people know what there doing here unlike some other pet groomers .

  Had a grooming appointment for 10:30. Dropped the dog off on time. They said they were running a little behind. I asked if I should bring her back later and they said no. Checked back at 12:40 and they were just starting the haircut. Told me the appointments got backed up and jumbled. No apology or anything. Over 2 hours late in my opinion is not a little behind. Why make appointments if you have no intention of abiding by them?
