  Truly amazing team, wether it's my pups regular shots and check ups or the scariest emergency of my life they are awesome. We had an accident, I called immediately and they had my dog in the back less than 20 minutes later. I was a mess over this but they kept me updated the whole time and were so kind and understanding. It also cost me at least 1000 dollars less than any emergency vet would charge. They have called multiple times to check on him until his next appointment to make sure he is healing up good. The wellness packages are truly amazing and I'm just so glad I chose them for my dog and my cat 💙

  Took my puppy there in an emergency and they turned us away saying it may be parvo. I had to drive 45 minutes to an emergency hospital and the puppies blood pressure was low he was in cardiac distress. They could have helped instead turned us away and we wasted precious minutes that could have possibly saved my puppy fyi he tested negative for Parvo. Worst place ever cold hearted and don’t care

  Had to sadly put down my cat today I will say that they had the best bedside manner I ever experienced at a vets office they were very sensitive to my cat and myself thank you for helping me through that hard time!

  The Banfield in Greensburg, PA has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Last year, I waited hours for my pet with almost no communication from the staff, even after repeatedly asking for updates. I gave them another chance this year, and my appointment was rescheduled twice. After finally being given a new appointment, my husband encountered an unavoidable highway closure on the way there. When he arrived, several technicians were standing around, yet they told him they couldn't help him, offered no solution, and simply sent him away. I understand that things happen. What I don't understand is the complete lack of communication, accountability, and willingness to help. After these experiences, I will never use this location again and cannot recommend it. Go literally anywhere else.

  My experience here has been great for my cat and I! He was recently sick and had to have several vet visits and testing and the team was very kind and accommodating to get him in for quick appointments. The optimal wellness program has saved me hundreds of dollars and made his necessary tests into monthly manageable payments which I'm grateful for. I will be switching the rest of my animals here long term!
