  Knowledgeable and professional. They took the time to ask and answer questions. Did not feel like an assembly line with a deadline. Grateful to have a Veterinary staff who genuinely looks out for your pet!

  I wrote a review on your website, but wanted to leave one here as well. I’m so grateful for Franklin Veterinary Associates! I was traveling from Colorado when my 18 year old Chug Brutus let us know it was time to go. He had a really bad seizure that morning that he wasn’t going to recover from. They got us in right away! They gave him chocolate, cheese wiz, and created a cozy space for his son Roscoe, my mom and I to say our goodbyes. They waived the new patient fee and need for a doctors visit and just made the whole process really comfortable. It was so affordable and their partnership with Thor’s Pet Cremation gave me pieces of him I will keep with me forever! Thank you so much!

  Switched to these vets recently and couldn’t be more impressed and happy with the wonderful care they’ve provided for our 3 fur babies (dogs).

  I called at least 10 vets and emergency vets who could not get my cat to be seen for three weeks. Franklin got us in next day. The staff was the friendliest staff I’ve encountered up here and even gave my daughter stickers and a prepackaged snack. My cat was treated for FIC and was cured within a day with the anti nausea medicine they put her on. I was leery about anti nausea meds treating bladder inflammation but it worked! I would highly recommend this vet for their amazing bedside manner and all around pleasant experience and availability. They were also slightly cheaper than the vet I have currently been using in Chambersburg.

  I cannot believe how we were treated today. We’ve trusted this clinic with our dog since day one. Recently, another family member scheduled an appointment that was missed, and a late fee was added to our account without a single phone call to me to let me know. Today, when I called because my dog is in discomfort and needs a vet for a potential UTI, I was told they wouldn't see us, found out our account was closed, and had the phone hung up in my face. Denying medical care to a suffering animal over an uncommunicated administrative fee is unacceptable.
