Anne was incredibly sweet and helped me shop for my little girl, Edith. She walked me through every aisle and gave such thoughtful recommendations. Tyler was so kind and great to talk to at checkout. He even helped me bring my fully loaded cart out to my car while my hands were full! Danielle was wonderful with Edith and gave me great recommendations for grooming services. She even gave her a heavenly little spritz of scent! And the store manager, Nicola — what a truly wonderful soul. She was kind, helpful, generous, and helped calm my nerves during such an emotional and exciting time. This team truly went above and beyond. They are an incredible asset to the store and make it run so smoothly and professionally. Thank you all so much for your kindness and help — Edith and I appreciate you more than you know!

- KMKelly MizgorskiApr 25, 20262.0I had a really disappointing experience at Petco today. I encouraged my 5 year old daughter to ask an employee a question as a way to build her confidence. Instead of responding kindly, two employees stood in front of her saying they couldn’t understand her to each other, without really trying to engage or include me. She’s old enough to understand and it felt dismissive and hurtful. One employee did come over and help us, but it felt reluctant. Unfortunately, many of the snails we were looking for appeared to be dead or not well maintained. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this felt important. A little patience and kindness-especially toward kids goes a long way.
