- ALAmanda LozanoSep 27, 20231.0I went there once about 7 months ago. And mind you I don’t have a lot of money to spend on grooming but I do the best I can. I asked for an appointment and the lady on the phone was like “Wow! He hasn’t had a groom since February! If they don’t get seen we drop them.” Very rudely. My dog used to have a regular groomer back in CA never had any trouble and didn’t drop me as a client for not coming for months. In the I like to get him fully shaved and he gets long hair during the winter and I may have it trimmed so it won’t get matted. They’re very judgmental and rude there!
