- GMGrace Mette2 days ago1.0Made an Appointment as a first time visit for my new puppy for just an over all we’ll visit and had a HORRIBLEEEEE experience with Dr Alexandra John. Found her very rude and argumentative!! In the beginning of the visit she practically ripped my puppy’s records out of my hand and questioned everything I had to say. The tech was very nice and answered my questions but seemed like the doctor wasn’t listening to her and what I had explained in the beginning of the visit. Tried to tell me I had to restart all my puppy’s vaccines if I didn’t do everything that day and that was most definitely invalid and wrong as I reached out the rescue myself to confirm and previous work history working in a vet for over 2 years I knew better. Practically dismissed me and cutting me off told me I wasn’t listening to her and walked out the room and never came back in. Will never be bringing my puppy there again!

I had told the young lady that I didn’t need the cleanser for her ears. She exists that I should get it and I could’ve got the same cleanser for a cheaper price. Didn’t even tell me if she was healthy her weight was good etc. all she said was she has an ear infection. Here’s the Meds and how much is gonna cost you. Horrible Service will not take her back there ever again. I’m very disappointed.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
