Surgeon was able to completely remove an abnormal growth from my dog's leg. We subsequently learned that the growth was cancerous. The complete removal has greatly reduced the chance of recurrence and future treatment

My Akita Molly is an abuse rescue and is a total drama queen. We tried the "chill out" protocol for the first time, and it made a huge difference in the staff being able to handle her. The vet and techs were very patient with her, and got her exam, shots etc., and nail trim done without too much stress for everyone. This is why we've been bringing our pets to Glenwood since we moved to Erie 30 years ago. I definitely recommend them.

Glenwood takes very good care of both of our cats. Be it a well check or if they’re not feeling well. They trim our younger cats claws every 4 to 6 weeks for us. She’s a tuxedo with a big personality and also polydactyl. She will not let us do it at home!

The doctor that we saw was knowledgeable but had too many assumptions about my pet which would have been solved with reading her prior records that were sent and with a few extra questions. He wanted to put her on an expensive medication that was unnecessary for her acute issue. Our vet tech was wonderful , very friendly, and great with my dog. The office staff that I interacted with on the phone when making the appointment was great, but staff could have been more friendly at the appointment. Just an okay experience overall and will probably establish elsewhere.

Dr. Prischak didn't seem confident in what she was diagnosing my pet with. She said that my pet may have an infection but she wasn't sure where? Then, the antibiotics I was given didn't work because... surprise! It wasn't an infection. This place is more concerned about getting your money than anything else. I went to Animal Ark for a 2nd opinion and the vet there found the issue almost immediately with a simple physical exam. I'm glad I didn't go back here.
