  I took the first of my three animals to Glenwood pet hospital for my dog's yearly wellness visit and some shots and fecal sample testing. My dog cujo is 16 years old and he has typical senior health issues vision going hearing going arthritic. They were fantastic from the reception check-in to the doctor and exam and even with the attendance that took him back for his nail trimming and his shots. Very happy with our appointment.

  I was truly amazed that you were so welcoming to Duke even though we were not established patients, the staff and Drs were so obviously caring and professional. When I rushed Duke in at 6:45 on a Friday I was so touched and relieved how well you treated my hysterics and you were so professional and kind. I could tell your staff are truly lovers of pets. Thank you and I am very happy you will be my new Vet clinic.

  Glenwood pet hospital is the best veterinarian we have ever gone to. I love how friendly, kind and caring everyone is there. So much so that my fur baby drags me into the office to see everyone. She's the first fur baby I've ever had that's done that. And that's because of the kindness and care that everyone shows in this office. They even let my fur baby go behind the counter on our way out so she can say hello to everyone. And all the girls tell me that she can stay with them anytime. I just love how sweet and caring everyone is there. It's literally the best place I've ever taken any of my fur babies too. I will never go anywhere else. Trust me when I say I've had some absolutely traumatizing things happen to us at other veterinarian's offices that I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. Glenwood pet hospital is in my opinion hands down the best place you can go and know you will be in good hands there. I can say that with confidence. I forgot to mention they also have extended hours on certain days of the week.

  We've had a stray cat coming around that one night started having some real breathing difficulties. The folks at Glenwood rushed him in and got him on oxygen right away withou any questions. We let them know that this was a stray and that we needed to be pretty cost-consious. They were very kind and extremely tranparent every step of the way, not just about cost but also about all of our options and the outcomes. They answered every question we asked and the outcome was poitive for our little outdoor visitor. After the emergency appointment they emailed us a very thorough rundown of every detail pertaining to out visit and post-visit treatment. Oh and on top of it all, the cost was very reasonable, especially for emergency care. The people at Glenwood truly seem to care for the animals that come their way and for the pet owners as well. This was our first visit and though it is a bit out of the way, we will definitely be back.

  I brought my chinchilla in in an evening emergency time because he wasn't feeling well and chinchills are delicate and require a specialist. You just have to drop him off and wait for the vet to see him. It took an hour which is what the friendly assistant told me. Then the vet called me on the phone and we discussed the situation and she asked if I wanted an x-ray and how much it cost. I could tell Dr. Scott was concerned and caring. The x-ray didn't show a problem so we were on our way. Three hours. Be prepared for a long wait when you go. Try to go during regular hours so the cost and the wait wouldn't be so high. I would go there again if necessary; it was a good experience.
