  I'm disappointed with my experience at this Petco’s grooming department. I scheduled an appointment a week in advance for my 10-pound Havanese, only to be called one hour before and told they could not proceed due to a prior bite, citing policy. This should have been communicated at the time of booking. Heather, the grooming department manager, was highly unprofessional and disrespectful during the interaction and ultimately hung up on me. This reflects a serious lack of customer service and professionalism. I would not recommend this location and suggest considering another Petco or grooming provider.

  They keep deleting my review to keep the ratings up. But I had one of the most ridiculous shopping experience of my life here about 3 months ago. I went in there to simple get 4 glo fish for my daughter aquarium. I was met by a miserable female teenage worker there with guages in her ear who interrogated me on my aquarium at home. I had one glo fish left in my aquarium and I wanted to purchase 4 more to make a total of 5 tiny glo fish in my 10 gallon aquarium. The worker was rude, nasty and refused to sell me 4 glo fish. She related that she can only sell me 2 glo fish because 3 glo fish in a 10 gallon aquarium is too much and unsafe for the fish. I told her she is wrong and I've had it like that for multiple years and had fish since I was a child. She refused to sell me the fish and was extremely rude about it. Even google says that I have have 5 glo fish in my 1p gallon tank. I went to petsmart across the street and was met with a wonderful bubbly worker who sold me ther 4 fishes. There is much better selection there anyway.

  A great store for aquarium supplies. The workers know their stuff, care well for the fish, and are very helpful whenever I am shopping there.

  never stocks anything and the workers tried to give me a bullcrap excuse about not having the INDOOR CAT FOOD CHICKEN FLAVOR 3.5lbs

  I scheduled a grooming appointment at Petco and this was honestly a frustrating experience. They called last minute to cancel because the groomer didn’t show up, but I was driving and missed the call. Instead of any real follow-up, I only found out once I got there, after wasting my time and trip. It’s unacceptable to run a business like this without having a backup plan or making sure the customer actually receives the message. People plan their day around these appointments, and this shows a complete lack of organization and respect for customers’ time. Very disappointing experience. I will definitely think twice before booking here again.
