Dr. Puschak is unbelievable. So patient and kind. Never acts annoyed or makes me feel bad when I have questions and explains things clearly. She truly seems to care as deeply for my pet as I do.
I also have to mention Kathie Bernstiel, at the front desk. She is so sweet and always a pleasure to deal with while we wait our turn.

I called here as I was concerned about my cat’s diagnosis at a previous vet and asked if they could perform an ultrasound. The representative over the phone was very compassionate and recommended I try Metropolitan Emergency Vet for a faster turnaround. This advice gave my poor kitty a fairer fighting chance in her battle with advanced stage kidney disease, and while she wasn’t strong enough to battle for much longer, I doubt it would be been for as long were I not have called. While I haven’t used Trooper Vet as my actual vet office, the quick help I received was invaluable, so thank you!

I took my cat twice here and he is not violent he was just scared and trying to get away from them. They decided they couldnt handle him and gave a very half assed and overpriced "examination" of my cat. They prescribed him gabapentin after the first time for future visits and I couldnt give it to him before the second one (my most recent visit) because he was vomiting so much at home which is why I went to them in the first place. Do. Not. Take. Your cat here if they are a bit fussy "they cant handle them". You'll be wasting your time and money especially if the vet decides to prescribe other things. I do not understand how can you have the audacity to prescribe anything if you couldnt even get a proper evaluation of my cat anyways. I have friends who also have cats and they go to vets that can actually keep a fussy cat under control without an over priced prescription of gabapentin. They charged me 95 dollars to basically check his temp. Because thats all they could do apparently. Again do not bring your cat here. You are better off brining them to the King of Prussia veterinary hospital because my friend who has owned several cats including an actual aggressive one that tried biting and fighting the doctors was still able to get her cat FULLY examined because they actually had competent and capable people there who can get a cat under control. Again my cat is not aggressive towards people he's more flighty than fighty. He ran from a teacup Yorkie. Again dont take your cat here unless you 100% percent have the most chillest cat in the world because none of the people here are trained to enough to restrain a scared cat.

The entire staff from office, administrators, technicians, nurses, Doctors are just so caring & professional. We have trusted our many many pets with the team at Trooper since moving to the area in 2011. That’s 6 dogs and 5 cats, through routine and illness visits they have cared for them (& us) like their own. 10/10

Called and didn’t even get passed the lady on the phone. She was very ignorant. Do not want my pet going there at all. Will definitely be going elsewhere. Was looking for a first time vet to be reoccurring. Definitely not this one. Want people who actually enjoy their job with pets and have some compassion for pet parents who may be worried about their pet.
