Two women that work there were very rude and refused to sell my wife and daughter a hamster, that my daughter has patiently been waiting a whole year to get based on her behavior and birthday, all because we would rather use our cage that is more than suitable for hamsters rather than us use their 6”x6” plastic box. “because hamsters are escape artists”. I think if we can child proof our home and take care of our 3 children, we would know how to care for a hamster and ensure it not to escape. Not to mention the conditions these animals are living in, in this store is insanity to be told by them of what is suitable. While my 6 year old daughter left crying we got one else where and received much better customer service. I wish I could give this negative results cause it sure does deserve it👍🏻 judging by other comments/ reviews here and elsewhere, I wish I would have looked at the reviews to see how ridiculous this place can be. I hope their day is as good as their attitudes.
