Wouldn’t sell us a fish because she said we have 17 fish when in fact we only have 6. Will not be back to this store because of this rude lady who should not be in customer service.

- ADAaron DickersonMar 25, 20261.0Was turned away on a sale for an axolotl because I didn’t have a water sample with me to prove I had a cycled tank. Yet the animals are living in conditions that they don’t recommend. 3 axolotls in a tank size they recommend for one. Same thing with their bearded dragons. Mind you I have two axolotls at home. Own set ups and all. Thriving. I’ll go back to giving our local pet store the business. It’d be one thing if she had just explained things but she was very condescending. Misewell have gave her a background check while I was at it. Ultimately didn’t buy anything. Originally planned to get a new tank for our turtle at home. Upgrades for our own bearded dragon tank. Thermometers. New feeding tongs. The local stores deserve it more.
