  Definitely not the gold standard! A friend who was traveling asked for a recommendation and I recalled my wretched experience there 2 years ago. We went away for a night and boarded our pup there. We had a change of heart once we got to our destination and turned around to come home. They refused to release our dog bc it was slightly past the closing time. First thing the next day, we picked him up and he was SO stinky! After bathing him, we realized he was bereft. He couldn't get close enough to us. It was an awful ordeal and we have never since left him-especially there!

  We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Holiday House and their training program! We enrolled our 5-month-old puppy, and from the moment he arrived, we knew he was in great hands. The staff truly cared about him and treated him with so much love and attention throughout his stay, which gave us complete peace of mind. One thing we especially appreciated was the communication we received while he was there. The training updates and videos allowed us to see his progress firsthand and stay connected throughout the process. We were genuinely impressed by how much our puppy learned in such a short time. His obedience and responsiveness improved dramatically. The personalized portfolio and training videos we received at the end of his stay were incredibly valuable. They gave us clear guidance on how to continue reinforcing his training at home and made the transition seamless. We are so grateful to the trainers and staff for their dedication and care. If you're looking for a place where your dog will be well-loved, well-cared for, and receive outstanding training, we highly recommend this pet resort!

  I took my high-anxiety golden doodle to Holiday House Pet Resort this week for a meet and greet and a daycare visit. The staff did an outstanding job with him from the morning when Chris met us in the parking lot and immediately put my dog at ease. My doodle has had previous unsuccessful attempts for daycare at other businesses, but Holiday House made a difference for him. We will certainly return for future visits.

  They treat my fur baby like family. Absolutely love the staff and Miss Cookie loves them too
