When I arrived with my dog and 19 month old.. she said “he wasn’t in the system and their system actually does this a lot and normally a confirmation is sent out a day prior to confirm the appointment”. She then said she could take me but it wouldn’t be until 11:45am. Anyone who has toddlers knows you cannnot just sit and wait over an hour with a child and dog together. IMPOSSIBLE. I declined and left. I went to bond vet instead where their same day appointment scheduling online actually works and received the services I needed for my pup. Just want you to be aware prior to booking an appointment for this location. I would hate for anyone else to go out of their way and waste their time like me not knowing their appointment scheduling system does not work properly. The fact that this happens a lot and they have not fixed it is a bit alarming to me as well.
- RJRachel JohnstonMar 21, 20262.0I got the optimum wellness plan for my cats, overall the service was average, the vets didn’t have much bedside manner, but the techs were nice, although I rarely saw the same one twice. I got the dental cleaning for my cat and upon drop off they had so many up charges that could have been addressed well beforehand so I could think about them. The up charges are extremely expensive. I decided to get a dental cleaning for my other cat and upgrade his plan, but they don’t tell me the entire year would renew. Adding hundreds to my bill without telling me. Their practices are to nickel and dime you the whole way. The plan sounds like a good deal, but with all the upcharges, they are more expensive than most vets and their service is mediocre.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
