If I could give a 0 I’ll do it, I bought a package for my dog (2nd year buying one), the first appointment I took my dog there I explained what happened to her, she got pregnant unexpectedly honestly, it wasn’t something I was expecting at all, I didn’t even want this to happen in the first place but you know things happen, so I explained that it happened 1 day or 2 before the day of the appointment and they told me “she would definitely be pregnant so we can not provide any service today, call customer service to see if they can expand the package or if something can be done but you have until April, well, I reached to customer service on February 26th, I explained all this and gave them different options in case they can’t give me a refund because there was no way I can use that package on her, I suggested to give the package to another dog or extended at least one or 2 months or even 6, I just wanted to extended it, and they just told me they won’t do that, they just kept the money with no service provided at all, they don’t even give Bella a shot, nothing! That’s not fair at all, I’m not taking Bella again to that place, they’re good for keeping my money but not to try to help and give me some options even though it was for bigger and important reasons related to Bella’s health.
