  So today I went to Petco. This is my every day Petco been going here for years. OK so today I went there to get more fish for my turtle tank. Yes, my turtle tank I said that yes. Now I’ve had my turtle for going on two years and have had her in the tank with feeder fish and all different kinds of fish and she has learned to make the fish her friends not food I do understand how people would typically think. Oh you can’t put fish in with a turtle and that she would eat it however, that’s not true for every turtle. Today I went in and got assisted by Cindy. Cindy is aware of who I am Cindy is the one who actually sold me my turtle I come in often and get my fishes everyone there is familiar with me and the fact that come and buy fishes and snails. However today Cindy had a huge chip on her shoulder and in the beginning she was very kind and very assertive when it came to educating me on bearded dragons, then when it came time for me to purchase and get my fish, her demeanor, slightly changed from being assertive to stern she assisted in and then trying to only give me feed her fish I’m said to her. I do not want to feeder fish, that I have feeder fish in the tank that my turtle does not eat the fish and that I want other visuals of fishes in my tank and she really at the point she’s gave off a very nasty attitude, and she was looking at me with disgust and misunderstanding along with misjudgment, and she basically just kept repeating herself all along the lines of, “I serviced you here many times and we’re technically not supposed to sell you anything else because they’ll eat eventually will find the fish.” -just a disclaimer for awareness I have siblings and parents that all have fishes in their tanks with turtles and they all get feed and are thriving comfortably, it IS possible nothing is impossible! If you feed them all well it can be a pleasant beautiful environment to watch!- Of course I can acknowledge her concern however, I do not feel as though what I was saying was thoroughly heard nor listened to I just felt judged and then she was just continuously giving me attitude and she kept rolling her eyes and then I asked her what is her problem like did she have a long day? I was even willing to show her videos of how they live amongst each other because she’s being very rude and disrespectful and she says “ not I really don’t care to see it “ and “yeah well I don’t care, I had a long day and you’re my problem ending my shift and I have to deal with you” I asked her why is she being so rude? She says “why are you treating me how you’re treating me?” WHAT??????? I told her you know what I’ll just leave and then chuckled rolled her eyes again then said “ OK Bye” Been coming here for years but not any longer!! I’ve been thru a lot so I choose grace first for everyone, however Cindy was very very unpleasant and unpredictable today and those actions had petco lose a customer I wonder who else has had a similar experience with the personality and unprofessional shifting that was done today that just never bothered to make a review.   Super clean and easy to find what you need. Very friendly staff. I came on a cat freebie day and they made sure I got all the goodies for my furry kids
