This practice was a godsend, we weren’t regular customers but we had an emergency with our little shih-tzu and they made time for us.They went above and beyond for us and that means alot when it comes to our fur babies health. We could not of had a better vet take care of our little girl. Dr Beers explained everything to us and gave us some encouraging words. We are now customers of this practice. When a practice goes above and beyond that means alot in customer service. Which I have done for almost 36 years…

We are new to owning a pet and we chose a bunny as our first pet. Dr Brush came HIGHLY recommended to me and I can understand why! She really took her time with our little Bumble & went above and beyond with answering all of our questions and giving us a lot of information on how to properly care for a bunny. And the office is so neat and clean, you wouldn’t even know it was a vets office if you didn’t see a pet sitting with its owner! We are so happy to have Dr Brush and her amazing team caring for Bumble!

Our dog was seriously injured and needed immediate care. They made room for her on the schedule, saw her right away, and did an amazing job repairing some very deep lacerations on our dog’s face. Not only did they take great care of her, her repair looks amazing. The doctor even called to check on her the next day. HIGHLY recommended!

Dr. Hannah Beers and other staff were so kind and reassuring. My cat is difficult in stressful situations and she made a treatment plan that best fit her. She made sure we covered all bases for an initial assessment of my cat’s symptoms. Although I didn’t want to leave her at the vet, I knew she was in good hands and was comfortable leaving her in the staff’s care.

First visit, my wife took her new kitten to make sure it didnt have flees or worms, we had quarantined the kitten because we have 2 other cats and 2 dog. Cost us $145. Good news, vet said the cat didnt have anything and the kitten was clear to go and encouraged her to let the new kitten out of quarantee. Well its a week later and guess who has worms that the vet missed and has caused us to have to panic clean the house extra thoroughly. Thats right, the kitten they told us didnt have worms or fleas, and now we also have to get worm treatment for our other 2 cats atleast because they ahve been sharing a litter box. And it cost us an aditional $120 to find out the kitten, that a week ago they said didnt have worms, had worm eggs today. I do not recomend. Beyond upset with this nonsense. If you can not say for sure do not tell people you do. This is rediculous. So now we have to scramble at 7pm at night to take everything to a laundromat and drive a half an hour away to the nearest one. This is absolutely rediculous
