- KSkayla stambaughAug 30, 20262.0I come here to get feeder mice and crickets for my reptiles. The feeder quality is great and the staff is always super nice. Those are the two stars I will give, however today I walked in and saw ball pythons and crested geckos housed together, with empty water bowls. These animals are already sooo over priced (you can easily find a ball python for free) then you have them being blatantly neglected on display for everyone to see. There were 5+ empty enclosures available that they could have separated the animals into, but when I spoke with a manager he said that they will be ordering even more animals for overstocking purposes, and they cant be separated. It is 2026 and I find it disgusting that despite knowing proper care requirements, they CHOOSE to neglect these animals. As for the empty water bowls, the manager mentioned that someone probably just forgot to fill them this morning. I visited the store around 5pm. Enough said. Petco do better for your animals!!!
