  Staff was giving State Troopers a hard time. Very unprofessional will not be going here. What a disgrace of a place

  If I could give negative stars, I would. My cat was seen for a dental in December (2,400$ with bloodwork) otherwise was healthy. She had dental disease and needed to have most of her teeth removed. I asked for antibiotics the day I picked her up as a precautionary; I was told it was not medically necessary. A week later, after noticing her pupils in one eye were failing to dilate (Horners syndrome) I paid another several hundred to bring her back in. I suspected an abscess due to the removal of so many teeth, and again requested antibiotics as a precaution. I was again told it was not medically necessary, and that “some cats just take awhile” I informed the vet her condition appeared to be worsening from when she first came home from the dental, and asked AGAIN for antibiotics. Denied. Two days later she began seizing, which my 4 year old got to witness. I called again BEGGING for antibiotics because I was positive it was an abscess, only to have the woman on the phone give me attitude and say I would have to bring her in and pay another several hundred dollars for an emergency visit. I made it clear that either they gave us antibiotics or we were going to have to call a home euthanasia specialist. After getting quite nasty, she called back and finally said the vet would cut the script. It was too late. The seizures increased rapidly and we had to have someone come to our home and put her down the next day. Once she was resting peacefully, the vet looked in her mouth and saw THE HUGE OBVIOUS ABCESS THAT KILLED HER. I have never been so disgusted in a vets office. This place is a money grab. The only positive is that the techs are nice and actually seem to care. I will never, ever go back. 4,000$ later, and all we have left is her ashes, and an extremely traumatized child who misses her best friend, and got to watch her die slowly due to the negligence of this facility. Absolutely shameful.

  We finally found a place that knows how to work with dogs that are more challenging whether because of past traumas or breed! This vet clinic is so caring, gentle, and understanding. They are extremely knowledgeable and skilled. We are beyond grateful to have a place we know we can take our dog that will be safe and get the best care possible. We cannot thank you enough. We highly recommend you take your critters here, you will be so impressed!

  Worst vet I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They mess up so many times with our dogs medication. Constantly try to charge you to have more things done than needed. Staff is mediocre at best and the vets themselves are terrible. Recommend going anywhere else.
