The clerk was very personable. There was an elderly lady who had several containers of cat litter. He told her to pull her car to the front and he would load her car..now that's customer service.

Went there for the 20% off. Turned out to be that you have to order online so I did while I was in the store and Ashley was very nice and helpful. She referred the order for me real quick. Super friendly staff

I had to use a new stylist on Jersey Girl. I always go to Jusine, who knows Jersey and how I want her groomed, but has limited time. I told the girl (Teira or Keira) how I wanted her done. I told her I had to put medicine in her ear for an infection she had. The ear was greasy from the medicine leaking out and make sure they wash it good. However, she had to leave b/c of a family emergency. Another girl finished Jersey. Her ears were never washed. They are still greasy. Her backside wasn't shaved, and she didn't have a good scent on her. After spending over $105.00, not including a $20 tip, I feel she shouldn't have come back to me the way she did. Very disappointed in this.
