I have always had a great experience at canine grooming, Stephanie takes the best care of my anxious/ groom aggressive dog. But yesterday was a very special experience. I called and explained to her my dog had recently been diagnosed with addisons disease which is triggered by stress but was in desperate need of a hygienic clean after being so sick. She had me come with Teddy after closing so there wouldn’t be any dogs to stress him and even let me come back with her while she washed him. Thank you for being so accommodating and really caring about my pup.

UPDATE: In response to the owner’s reply, My dog is still a pup the photo taken before and after photo are 2 months apart and chewy gets regular groomings and this has never been the issue. The only reason we went to your shop is because our typical shop was booked till the following month. As a recommendation when you’re going to chop a dogs hair off that is not yours you should call the owner first. Again worst experience and this excuse is false, try again! Took my toy poodle here for the first time, and unfortunately they cut his hair extremely short—literally almost down to his skin. This was not at all what I expected or wanted, especially for his first visit. He’s a toy poodle and had beautiful fur the weather is getting cooler and because his fur is cut so short he’s been super cold with shivers we had to get his a hoodie. Before and after photos

I just wanted to say that they are the nicest people in town and are great with your dogs becoming here for years. Wanted to write a nice review. They’re very reasonable haircut nails are awesome and your dog smells the best when they leave there. Good job!
