  I love the staff, they’re super friendly even to my dog but it is expensive but other than that love the place

  I honestly can’t even understand the charge of my appointment I had today, I went for acupuncture because my primary vet does not have those services. We didn’t follow up with acupuncture during this visit and were charged $265. I specifically told the doctor I did want to do the laser, not acupuncture because he does not sit still and also explained he usually takes trazodone/gabapentin before visits because he can get a little aggressive. Anyway, she still proceeds to say she’s going to try to stick a needle in when I said 3 times to just do the laser. She set the needles down in a plastic baggy in front of my dog so he can sniff them??? like what dog wouldn’t try to maybe pick it up?? so he did and when she took it from him he did try to bite her. She kept trying to get him to stop when he clearly wasn’t, so I stepped in and she didn’t stop still holding onto him so he nipped her. No broken skin. Not bleeding. She reported my dog (maybe she had too) just absolutely absurd!!

  Took our cat Emma to World of Animals in Bensalem for our first time. As soon as we walked into the building we were greeted with a welcoming voice, “Hi! Are you here for Emma’s appointment?” We were immediately taken to an exam room where a staff member coaxed Emma out of the sink with a Churro. She examined and got vitals on Emma and prepared Emma for the doctor’s visit. She was awesome! So was the doctor in treating Emma. I walked out extremely pleased with service and care. World of Animals is my vet! I will tell everyone who is looking for a vet to go here.
