  Thank you to the groomers for always doing a good job on my chihuahuas nails. My concern is in regards to your policy that insists on taking off his collar and harness to do so. I’ve been bringing him in for years and never had to do this before. Apparently they are now enforcing a policy that was always in place but never in practice. I was told they could cause a choking hazard, yet they proceeded to put a leash around his neck that literally chokes him. I do not use a leash on his collar to prevent a condition that is common in breeds like this. Ie “collapsed trachea”. I only put a leash on his harness. I had to fumble taking off his collar with his ID, then his harness, and hold him while the groomer put the lead around his neck. This all was an awkward and unsafe situation to be in. I don’t fault the groomers for trying to do their job. However, I will no longer be bringing him in as I’m older and unable to physically be put on the spot to rush sitting on the dirty floor and trying to get his collar and harness on and off while avoiding other pet owners coming and going. I hope this does not backfire on any pet owners if their dogs break loose with no way to hold them.

  I brought my dog here last Friday to be groomed. It is now Monday and she was just diagnosed with Kennel Cough. I don't take her for walks or anything. She doesn't leave the house unless it's to go to the vet or the groomer. So, be aware that your pup could possibly get kennel cough from here.

  We got our two little babies here and had a good experience both times. We went looking for a fish one day and left with the larger guinea pig lol. After a few weeks, we knew we needed another and went back for the baby. The staff were so knowledgeable, very helpful, friendly and professional. The second time we went I heard the worker tell the pig that he was going to a loving home and I thought that was so sweet. I did research and took care in introducing these two, and it’s going better than I hoped for ;)
