Mind you I have been in this hobby for over a decade now and have a history of many freshwater tanks, saltwater, etc. Was very rude and stated she needed to “advocate for the fish” even though there were many dead fish in multiple tanks including a dead blue tang that looked like it had been there like that all day. Tanks looked unkept and dirty. Will not buy fish here anymore moving forward.

The first I was there was about a week ago and rang the bell for assistance 4 times and waited over 10 minutes for someone to come. My recent visit I rang the bell 3 times with no assistance went to the register telling the cashier I have been waiting. Once again I had to wait until he waited on the people in line even though I was there before them. This is a constant issue and very inconvenient. I recommend you move the crickets back up to the front where they were. I’m about to start getting the crickets myself. There are 2 pet stores in Altoona to go to and they are both PETCO with the same issue.
