- KHKyra HulsebosJun 23, 20262.0Not sure I would call this place an urgent care 🤨 I took my puppy here several years ago as a walk in medical concern and was happy with the service. However, I just tried to bring my cat in and was informed that their vet was with another emergency patient (ok fine) and had other appointments that were priority / that I would need to make an appointment. Does that not defeat the purpose of a walk in facility/urgent care? It seems like there is one vet on staff, so they squeeze in same day appointments when they can around other scheduled appointments. Which makes sense for a vet office…but i would say the name of this facility is false advertising then. If you are in need of emergency care this is not it. Call ahead, and/or go to an actual urgent care.
- NLNick LoessyMay 13, 20265.0Rush Vet Urgent Care was great with our little girl. She had been chattering her teeth and chewing at nothing, and it turned out she needed dental care ASAP. We took her there a week ago and now she's thriving. The staff was compassionate, explained everything clearly, and took great care of her through the whole process. She’s now on the road to recovery and acting like herself again. Their online pricing was accurate and fair, which is very important. Highly recommend if your pet needs urgent care.

We were referred out but our vet was closed when the time came for our terminal kitty to cross the rainbow bridge. The staff was beyond amazing because I started crying the moment I arrived. They allowed me to have as much time as I needed with my boy and were so kind and empathetic. The room I was in was calming given the situation as well. We felt cared for. Thank you 😊
