  Always great service. The workers are always attentive and friendly. Always letting my wife know the deals that are out amd specials. I would recommend this place for any pet lovers to get supplies from.

  It was ridiculous. It was obviously the end of the day and the people didn't wanna stay for the last appointment at Petco. So they made up some b.s. excuse that they thought my dog’s ear was infected so they refused to cut his nails. His nails are very long and that’s the only thing that I had the appointment for. I told them that he has a deformed ear since birth. The dog’s ear been like that for years and he has been to the same Petco many times before for the same service and the year was never an issue with them before. Just so happens that it is now an issue, since I had the last appointment of the day. Take your dog to a different groomer.

  Very poor customer service by the fish employee and the manager. I was told if I come back to buy more fish, and if there is 200 fish in the tank that I wouldn’t be able to pick the fish I want. She actually said this out of the blue as I was carrying my fish to the cashier to pay for it, this was such a negative thing to say to me as I was taking new pets home. It turned my entire pleasant experience negative. I had come from an hour away especially to get red and white fish for my pond. When I asked to speak to the manager she actually said if the fish dept was busy they wouldn’t be able to pick my fish for me. What ever happened to waiting in line? So the negativity continued with the manager who actually told me they wouldn’t serve me well if they’re busy. Why even shop in a store whose manager actually says this. Such unprofessionalism. While picking my fish the employee used body language and verbal cues that pointed to her lack of patience. She clearly hated her job. She wanted nothing to do with me picking my fish. The patience of a fish! So unfriendly and rude to me yet to the other customer who she obviously knew she was as a pretty as a rose to him. Because I was a new customer she treated me poorly. So unprofessional, unfriendly and untrained in general customer relations. Such terrible customer service this store has. Everyone was negative and miserable. I’m never buying anything from them again!
