  This has to be the best Petco in the nation. They have one employee, Ashlyn I believe, who has amazing customer service. I had questions for which they were very well informed to answer. They even directed me toward better items that where better suited for my pets needs. They took the time to listen and clearly explain what I needed. I would highly recommend going to this store.

  We were on a road trip & needed emergency items for the pups. Unfortunately the staff members were too busy socializing to be of any help. When I finally corralled one (I was literally the only customer in there) she just pointed at the other end of the store to indicate where the item I needed was. I eventually found it & went to the register where several were standing around talking about plans to go out. I was barely acknowledged, more of a nuisance interrupting their socializing. This is the opposite of any other Petco I’ve been too, which really gives the company a bad look. I will be avoiding this store in the future!

  We've come twice and both times we waited around for 30 minutes plus to get help at the aquatic section. And both times ended up not getting help.
