  I took my cats in to petco for their scheduled 11:00 appointment only to be told when I arrived that the clinic wasn’t happening. I asked why I wasn’t contacted and they told me they didn’t have my info even though I made the appointment with them and gave them the info. I saw several others being turned away too. I reschedule for the next one 2 weeks later. We got the vaccinations and was told we’d receive an email later with the records. I opened the email to see one record was incorrect. It listed a vaccine she didn’t get. I called petco and they told me they couldn’t help me and I’d have to go to the vet clinics website to get their contact info. So I did that and that’s basically an answering service and they told me they couldn’t help me and I’d have to contact the place where I had the appointment. So I call petco back and she gets the manager who gives me a number for someone who coordinates the clinic. I called that person a few times, left messages and never got a call back. So now I have incorrect vaccination record for my cat. If you’re a local I wouldn’t waste your time with this mess
