I’m beyond satisfied with this vet. My dog Baldur had a goopy eye. This is an urgent visit at best. What made it an emergency was the timing as we are about to move to San Diego. We are living in my explorer until my funding arrives for travel. I am unemployed until I start my new job in California. There was a long wait due to triage reasons, and honestly I would prefer they treat an emergency above an urgent check up. At the end of the visit he was seen and treated and I received eye drops for ongoing treatment. And at the time of payment I was only charged a very competitive urgent care price to have him seen. If your pet is having an emergency I highly recommend bringing them here. A little over a day after the visit, I will let the photo of his left eye speak for itself. Thank you very much to the staff for understanding our situation and getting us in. And thank you very much for taking care of the service dog that takes care of me.

I had to put down my dog who I had for 18 years, all of his life. I had no idea where to turn or where I could get this done and a friend referred me to this veterinarian clinic in tualatin. Every staff person, from the receptionist counter to the doctor himself, were so kind and understanding it made things considerably easier. I especially want to give a shout out to the physician himself. He was very professional, thorough, thoughtful, and understanding. While I do not wish this experience on anyone,if it has to be done I would recommend it be done here. Thankyou again.

I will shout their appraises from the rooftops! The EVCOT team is the best 24 hour emergency care around the Portland Metro area and the most affordable. We came in with our doodle for a referral from heart and soul urgent care for foreign body exploratory surgery. They moved quickly, got him settled and rehydrated, and then performed amazing surgery to remove the raw potato he had eaten! They were so transparent and communicative along the way, all of the front desk staff were so helpful and clear and friendly. And a huge shout out to Dr. Rob. Glad Dr. Jaci recommended you! Our dog would not be alive today if it weren’t for this team. Super affordable for an emergency ER, they triage appropriately prioritizing the highest needs and yes, sometimes that means you have to wait, but that is how it should be especially during a very busy holiday weekend, I watched the front desk staff over the course of two days practice and kindness with so many different people coming in. Great job team.

Extremely unprofessional, you cannot voice how you feel about treatment regarding aggressiveness when handling dogs you'll be kicked out. Absolutely DO NOT GO HERE! disrespectful staff and do not care about the well being of animals went to another vet and guess what they stated they had another couple leave this vet for th same reason! They will kick you out with dying dogs if you state to handle with care. ZERO NEGATIVE STARS

I gave 2 stars 🌟 for the simple fact that they helped save my Ruby dog 2 years ago. But last night when I called regarding an emergency with my dogs prescription that she could die without, I was rudely interrupted by the lady who answered the phone and was told with a tone that "they are not a pharmacy". I was soo shocked that I just thanked them and said goodbye. I was not given a chance to explain our situation and the emergency we are dealing with. My dog has heart disease and currently has been without her diuretic, for several days and could have fluid building up in her lungs and around her heart. Our normal vet was closed on June 19th for the holiday and we have tried every pharmacy over the last couple days (human ones too) and no one has this in her prescription strength. Even if they couldn't do anything at least give us the opportunity to explain in full without a rude interruption. Whoever it was needs to learn some soft skills when it comes to people and patients.
