Highly recommend. Took my pup in because thought he got stung be a bee. Not sure if he was allergic. Nurse triage saw him very nice and thorough. He was in no danger and took him home. Vet was slammed and so they said they would call me when the vet could see him. I called to say we are good and take him out of the queue. Super friendly staff. No charge for a nurse to triage him. So impressed and shocked that there was no charge for this service. Jaxson (pup) and I thank you. ❤️🐾

Called crying in a panic because my cat wasn’t breathing, got told to head over and when I showed up, I was treated rudely and turned away because they’re not taking new patients.. as an emergency vet.

I called on the off chance the clinic still had an x-ray image from 10 years ago. Immediately, ALAN COLE, said it might be possible and went about trying to find the record. HE FOUND IT!! Alan’s willingness and enthusiasm to help me were incredible touching! The world would be a much better place with more people like Alan Cole! Thank you!!!

I took my pet here and was beyond impressed with one of the veterinary technicians. Bella was warm, kind, and reassuring. During a stressful time she remained calm, thoroughly explained the situation and got me all necessary information, and helped me to make the decision that was best for my pet. Thank you Bella for all of your help during a very stressful night!

I brought my 15 year old cat here after she had a grand mal seizure, and the treatment we received from the staff was abhorrent. While trying to process the traumatic experience, the doctor immediately offered to euthanize, reassuring that he wouldn't judge me if I went that route. I made it clear that I was noy ready for that and asked for bloodwork to be done - the doctor gave me a verbal estimate of $450 for blood work and an exam. When I asked to step outside to catch my breath, he immediately called across the front room to the front desk women, and instructed them to charge me a $515 deposit instead. When I questioned the front desk about why the price suddenly jumped, the receptionist walked to the back to speak with the vet. She walked back out literally laughing to my face and dismissively said, "Well, we will go ahead and just do the $450 because he said it's going to be much more than that by the time they're done with it anyway." To laugh at a terrified and heartbroken pet owner over costs during an emergency is sick. They showed zero compassion for my distress and actively used the high costs of bloodwork and diagnosis to pressure me into immediately euthanizing my cat right then and there. After making it clear that I did NOT want to euthanize, he still suggested it a total of three more times. How is that appropriate??! They do not care about animals, and they care even less about the humans who love them. They view your pain as a financial transaction. I have had to go there two times for her seizures, and the front desk was so rude each time. Zero compassion. Avoid this place at all costs if you want your pet treated with dignity. *apparently my complaint and then negative review led them to basically tell me not to come back. Why would I ever???? No one should bring their animals here! ** I would also like to add: I was not abusive nor rude by any means, I barely spoke to the front desk and certainly didn't after they returned laughing at me asking about the price difference -- the ONLY thing I said was I truly hope that they treat others with more compassion. That is something rhat needed to be said, and was beyond necessary as the three ladies I have encountered at the front desk during my visits were all very cold, rude, and did not seem to like their jobs nor the customers they were assisting. I work in customer service and was literally appalled by the behavior of the first woman on my first visit and the two on my second. My own vet clinic said they have heard Many reports of the same things I said in my review from other concerned pet owners. If it makes you feel better to label me as rude or abusive, go for it. I stand by my words and review, and even if this were the last option, I would never bring another pet to this clinic. Also, offering euthanasia when all vitals are good and there were other options And it was made clear that was not wanted, MULTIPLE TIMES, is not considerate. It is pressuring and wrong.
