Forgive me if I am wrong about the name, but a younger gentleman with glasses and tattoos, anyways, he was wonderful, and very speedy and said my dog was a good girl at her service. I don't even live near this location (about 30 mins away) but I will be returning for services with him due to his kindness and efficiency. And he cut my girls nails perfectly short which has been an issue for others in the past. The only bummer was that I wish she had more of the "clean smell" or fragrance smell as I normally experience with other the other petco locations, because normally it lasts a week, but this time it barely lasted the car ride home which I thought was weird. Other than that, I am super happy with the overall experience.
