- VWViolet Willow2 days ago2.0I don’t normally ever leave reviews that are under 4 stars.. but i went here with my husband the other day to grab a pick up order (which was one lite bag). The cashier working was EXTREMELY rude. As soon as I walked in she glanced at me, seeming annoyed but I said very politely that I had a pick up order but I wasn’t sure if it went thru bc I never received a confirmation email, and I apologized for the inconvenience. She ignored me, walked past me and went to the pick up counter to open the door. She handed me my order and just walked away all huffy.. which is whatever- We can understand being tired from having a long day, we know we came in around 7pm but Petco doesn’t close until 8pm and we were nothing but polite and friendly. I was caught extremely off guard by how rude the lady working the counter was. We were one of the only people in store so she wasn’t busy and we didn’t come in right before close either and were in and out within 15 minutes. (We ended up walking around to look at the critters after getting our pick up order.) however, the entire time she was glaring at us and when we asked her a question about one of the animals, she looked at me like I was stupid. I felt awkward and embarrassed for bothering her and we just ended up leaving even tho I was planning on purchasing some things for my ball python. I genuinely hope maybe she was having an off day because I was already having a pretty bad day, and was really disappointed in that kind of attitude when I was just trying to be polite and get what I needed to grab..
