  Last night I walked into PetSmart around 8:30 and there were two female employees standing by the register talking. They didn't even know I was in there. There was no greeting. There was no acknowledgment that I was even in the store. I had placed an order online so I went over to the rack to get my order and I expected someone to meet me over there like they always do. However, they must have been too busy with whatever story they were telling each other to even notice. They never turned their heads or anything so I grabbed what was mine and stopped at the check stand they were talking at and had my phone open said hey. Do you need to see this? They looked for a nanosecond from about 6 ft away and said okay and then they went back to talking. Worst customer service ever.

  It was fine. I was not used to the layout of this store so it was not easy to find supplies for cats. Also they were out of stock on the big bag of litter I wanted.

  Stellar location. It’s clean, well organized, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. After a foolish error on my part they went out of their way to ensure I still had a great experience. Wonderful hospitality!

  Enzo was so sweet to us and Frankenstein, and didn't treat us like we were stupid for the training techniques we've used, just suggested some minor changes that could help with Frankie's focus. We'll definitely get into their training class after this experience.

  I bought a 2.5 gallon fish tank and beta from this location for my seven-year-old daughter last year. Today we went to get another beta, and we were told that we wouldn’t be sold a fish to take home unless we had at least a 5 gallon tank. The associate went on about how he hates the 2.5 gallon tanks, that they are ineffective, and effectively make the fish miserable. He did offer to sell us a snail or a shrimp. Pretty disappointing, left my daughter feeling awfully sad. Why sell a fish tank size that is subjectively unworthy of placing a fish in? We went down the road to PetSmart, and had a much better and appropriate experience. I’d recommend you do the same.
